Elisabeth Oberndorfer says:

Love these in-depth reviews! People really need to pay more attention to ingredients and value. I used to love the Clinique Moisture Surge but I’m not using it anymore because it’s not cruelty-free. Have you tried any of the Ordinary products yet?

Maclen51 says:

Very good choices but my all time favorite is the Drunk Elephant B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Gel. It’s incredibly hydrating without being oily.

laurie nielsen says:

I’m looking for a gel or cream waterproof mascara remover… any suggestions? Maybe a video?

Sophie Fayard says:

When I had very dried out sun burned skin I was putting on thick moisturizers everyday… I got my skin to an ok point which dry patches here and there. I had a sample of the Belif gel and it really didn’t do anything… So many people love it but I personally think it’s a bit gimmicky. Doesn’t have any definite results for my skin. Please do a small review on the Clinique moistures surge concentrate tho! I use that and I wonder if its anything special?

Billy M says:

Out of those 5, I would go only for Hada Labo because of the presence of ceramides, hyaluronic acid, urea. It is a really nice list of clinically researched elements proven to be useful. Ceramides are one of the major outer skin layer cells ingredients, meaning skin recognizable. As you said, good combination of humectants and occlusives. That is what moisturizers basic purpose is after all. Let alone more than reasonable price. True there are no antioxidants, but it can easily be added as one quick step before moisturizer, for example, Vit C + E + Ferulic acid (you are using that product as well as I am) before SPF, possibly also moisturizer for hot summer days. Just my 2 cents:) Thanks for this video, very informative.

Melissa Huggins says:

I’m going to have to try the hado labo. It sounded really good and would’ve been rated higher if the packaging was better lol
I’ve been on a never-ending hunt for a good gel or gel-cream moisturizer. I’ve used the Neutrogena, the Garnier, the Estee Lauder Day-Matte, the Clinique dramatically different…and haven’t been overly impressed by any of them

Nora Lund Gomez says:

Thank you I’ve been searching for a good one I tried Hada labo skin plumping, Neutrogena hydro boost. liked both but wanting to try clinique before I decide .. so this came at the right time !

Sam S says:

Have you ever tried the Mizon snail secretion based moisturizers? There’s one in a brown jar and black jar and I think it’s considered a gel moisturizer (at least I know the brown one is). Your thoughts on these moisturizers if you’ve tried them?

laurie nielsen says:

I use the neutrogena hydro boost… I like it but I may give the others a chance as I’m not thrilled with the scent of the hydro boost.. You have once again made a great video!

tk2 Ktt says:

Joanna do you watch Dr Dray’s channel?, she’s a dermatologist and she’s mentioned the neutrogena hyrdoboost too, I think you would love her, her channel is very educational.

Vickie Jones says:

heh heh…luddite. I love that word.

Jody Bucci says:

Joanna – I absolutely LOVE your channel and am confident in your assessments as intelligently investigated and reviewed. I am not familiar with how to access and sign in to Twitter and would do so to view your site if I knew how. Maybe you could offer some tips? I have two primary questions/comments for you: 1) Do you plan to review/test any eye creams for day and night use? I use Retin A under my eyes at night. I find that most eye creams that I use during the day will burn when applied, 2) Could you please comment on which ingredients should avoided to use with each other? In other words, which ingredients should or can be used together. For example, can glycolic acid be used at the same time (over lapping) as retinols or Retin A? Thank you very much.

jcjccmz says:

I think it’s amazing that you talk about the ingredients and what they are & do. Really awesome & thorough review/analysis; totally fine with the length of video too!

SimplyARobin says:

Where is your top from? Cute!

katiirabbi says:

Hey girl, have you tried Dr Ci-Labo’s aqua collagen gel? It’s Japanese like Hada Labo but harder to find in the US. It’s packed with ceramides and comes in several varieties including sensitive, super enriched and whitening!

Bella Vargas says:

I really enjoyed your comparison produced. Last week, i went for a micro abrasions skin treatment. I’m looking for a cleansing soap and a day and night moisturizer. My skin is combination.
Let know soon.

Love the lip color you have on in this video! Please share what brand and shade it is. Thank you!

Hippie6400 says:

So glad you did this video, I was just saying I need a gel moisture because the cream ones feel so heavy here in the Texas heat.
