A Woman of a Certain Age says:

I’m sticking with CeraVe in the tub. I have simplified my skincare based on your recommendations and have absolutely stopped looking for “the next best/newest thing.” Saves me time, money, and mental energy that is better spent living a happy life. And my skin is better than ever!

Laura Rafter says:

I actually prefer the Cerave lotion on my face. Thanks for the heads up on the serum 🙂

Sandra Plumley says:

Thank you I’m disappointed that they would do that. You are the best

Tiffany Tavoularis says:

I agree with you 100%. I was underwhelmed, to say the least. I love the original cream for my body and the PM and AM for my face.

T. Anderson says:

Unfortunately, I fell for the marketing and found this product stung my skin. I’m going to see if I can return it. Thanks so much for the helpful review, Dr. Dray!

Jennifer Ann Fox says:

I’ve often wondered about the effectiveness of this “serum” but haven’t used it. I wear foundation or a tinted sunscreen and I will say Cerave in the tub is a great primer as well. I guess its the Xanthum gum in it but I love it. I wonder if more concentrated hyaluronic acid used around the eyes would help dry skin around the eyes? I don’t know, just speculating. I just saw a video from another channel that I follow and Paula’s Choice I guess has a retinol cream/serum that people are raving about for 48.00 an ounce (I think). I think the skin care industry, like many others are really honing in on marketing to baby boomer aging population.

KA Bell says:

I love, LOVE Cera Ve PM for the face but I use it up so quickly! Cera Ve Baby Moisturizing Lotion seems to have similar ingredients ( I need my niacinamide). I would love to know your thoughts on how it measures up to the PM moisturizer. You definitely get more product for your money!

Thank you for all you are doing! You have saved my sensitive skin. 🙂

Susan Synnott says:

I have not tried the serum. I can use the tub on my body, but when I tried it on my face there was a burning sensation and I do not have sensitive skin. It also didn’t feel that moisturizing. I need a heavy duty moisturizer at night. Any suggestions?

Julie Eubanks says:

Thank you! You save me a lot of money.

Melissa Reynolds says:

I have not tried the serum and while I love the cerave in the tub, it always stings on my face!! I can use it on my neck and body with no trouble though! I love it as a hand cream! I use their foaming face wash with no issues. I use Vanicream lotion for my face instead.

Senem Yerli says:

Hyaluronic acid is a not a cheap ingredient, maybe that’s the reason for higher price tag?

AshLauren xx says:

Would you ever consider a video on products that are okay to use on baby skin? Expecting our first soon and I want to make sure I use the safest products ❤️

Janna Lynn says:

Another AWESOMELY informative video!!!!
Happy and Healthy 2019 to You and Mom and Tybee!!!!!

Mariann Reid says:

I love the cera ve in the tub for my body, but I can not use it on my very oily 63 year old face without breaking out. And at 63 breakouts take a very long time to disappear.

Suzanne Olsen says:

I love the tub but my face breaks out when I use it on my face. I was going to get this because I love cerave what would you recommend with the same moisturizing effects but not so heavy?

Irene Castro says:

I know you’re not a serums fan. I am aware hyaluronic acid doesn’t go deep into epidermis cause is a big molecule. and that:s why is used as a dermal filler. In your opinion, is hyaluronic acid a must in skincare? I use one serum, the HyaluB5, from La Roche Posay, mixed with Vit C 10 % sérum from Sesderma, in a wet skin, before my CeraVe moisturizer, cause my skin is normal to dry, sensitive and I have some small lines around my eyes. Thank you for your honest review. As a doctor, I value Science-based opinions and pragmatism.

sacuster1 says:

Girl you continue to rip skin care companies a new one! Consumers are sick and tired of claims and promises that are unfounded or worse, out right lies.
Tell it like it is Dr Dray. You are having a positive effect on people’s skin health. Please know what a huge blessing you’ve been to us all.

nite hawk says:

Dr Dray can you review IT cosmetics CC cream?

SunshineGirl says:

I thought serums are smaller in molecules to penetrate the skin deeper for its benefits and for lighter hydration? Based on what I was told from paula’s choice and other “experts” online.

gabby gremillion says:

Hello Dr Dray! Have you ever tried products from the skincare line asap. I’m curious to try there super b complex serum because of the high concentration of Niacinamide. I’ve been dealing with post inflammatory erythema.

Jessica Sullivan says:

Moisturizers have decreased my acne significantly!!

Simone Cobb says:

Well, thank you for that !!!!!! xo SImone

pinki3dt says:

Thanks for another informative video. You look beautiful and your skin is glowing.

Karen Stone says:

I never bought the serum… I love the Cerave moisturizing cream in the tub…I also use the daily moisturizing lotion and the “pm” facial lotion…is there a big difference if I use the tub cream vs the pm on my face ..

Pattyann says:

Great constructive video that provides me with the info I need to avoid this particular Cerave product. Thanks Doc.

Vanessa Irish says:

Hi Dr. Dray!!! Love the information you give on your reviews! Can you review cetaphil cream? It was recommended by a MD for my husband’s dry skin but I’d love to hear what you have to say about it.

Makeup 1989 says:

Do u know if they changed the PM lotion? I’ve been using it for Over a year.. it use to be more of a clear gel like consistency. Now it’s more like a thin lotion ☹☹ so worried loreal is gonna change these wonderful products. I use the foaming face wash as well & absolutely love it.

Dee Lopez says:

I like the CeraVe products I have used and probably would have bought this one ..but I will pass on buying it…..Thank-you!

Mon C. says:

Btw I’ve gotten told that putting sunscreen on daily makes a person vitamin deficient, Cubs teen causes cancer and that for the elderly too much sunscreen is bad for them. Could you talk about all the false info about sunscreen being damaging or if there are some warnings for certain people could you also speak about that? Than you!

Franchesca H says:
