Nikia i tried HG mineral veil primer, EL double wear and slay all day spray on Christmas day, no touch up n cheked myself after the 9th hour mark I’ll admit i look oily cuz im dead oily but no separation. Thanks girl those three i know r one of ur favs , decided to take ur word for it and im lovin the combination.

Natalie Kolar says:

The Dermalogica primer is my LIFE!!! Not enough people talk about this. I’m an esthetician and this is absolutely the best!

Corinne McCarter says:

The Tatcha Silken Pore Perfecting Sunscreen is basically the silk canvas in a tube with sunscreen. It works great for me!!

Kandis Baumann says:

I’ve just bought the hourglass mineral veil primer, after you recommending it. I bought the travel size, just in case I wasn’t fond of it. I have only used it once, but I was so damn impressed! It’s expensive, but worth every penny! Thank you!

Melissa Rios says:

Nikkia, your Best of the Best series are great! I appreciate the variance of prices and products. Too many influencers only do high end and that is just not relatable to a lot of people. I adore your channel! Happy New Year!

Christy P says:

Try the Tarte Timeless Smoothing Primer!! It’s amazing for pore filling, oil control and mattifying! We have the same skin type and I swear by it!

Faith Leonard says:

NIKKIA! PLEASE TRY THE ELF PORELESS PUTTY!! It is supposed to be a drugstore dupe for the silk canvas! Ppplllleeeeeaaaasssseeee ❤❤❤

Stephanie Morey-Barry says:

The Tatcha primer comes with a scooper-coin thingy so you don’t have to use your fingers!

Irene Bonilla says:

Hello! Could you elaborate a bit more on how you pair your favorite foundations with the primers? Or do you think that they all work together? Thank you! I love your videoS!

Genevieve Lawson says:

Not sure if you’ve tried it yet but Nikkia, you have to try the Natasha demona transformatte foundation

Emily A says:

I love the becca primer for oily skin types used on oily areas 🙂

Bonneth Smithy says:

I swear you were gunna mention the old fave, rimmel primer. I’m shocked it didn’t make it on the list this year.

Mary lu Rivera says:

Becca first light primer is one of the best

Julie S says:

You don’t need all that crap. Buy some aloe vera gel, it is way cheaper and does the job perfectly fine

Hannah Schmitz says:

Which one would you recommend for my wedding day in summer heat??

Karen Kusse says:

What do you think of the Fenty primer?

Kelly Beautiful says:

You still need to try the Peter Thomas Roth Skin to Die For No Filter Mattifying Primer. It’s so amazing for oily, combination skin and preventing sweat. So good!

Stephanie Clewett says:

What about a primer for the eyes? When not wanting to wear shadow just maybe eyeliner

Aubrey Poon says:

The moment I saw the drugstore primers I immediately bought the l’oreal primer, and I have never seen I primer that worked… I thank you so much for that recommendation I love it so much!! Be careful though, it’s too matte so I would just do the t-zone like what the inductions on the bottle said lol

B H says:

For those of you who used the Too Faced Primer, what did you guys use as a moisturizer? I used this primer and the Aveeno daily moisturizer and it started to ball up. I have a feeling it’s because they are two different formulations. Any help?

Mercedes Fernandez says:

Love your videos, being a combo oily “girl” myself your recommendations are awesome. Quick Question: Should I moisturize before using a mattifying primer?
Merry Xmas!!

Neil Gupta says:

Hey have you ever tried bobbi brown’s vitamin e enriched skin base?

Leah Reeves says:

Do you like the NYX angel veil primer?

Sheena Mulvey says:

I got the dermalogica primer and I really wanted to love it…..but I hate it. It makes my make up slide off my face by the middle of the day. So disappointed because it is not cheap!

Rachel D.L.C says:

have you tried the ELF poreless putty primer??? people say it’s a really close dupe to the Tatcha silk canvas primer but it’s only $8.00 USD. Wondering how it works on oily skin

Felicity Faulkner says:

I have your nail polish! It’s currently on my daughter’s nails. She loves it.

misschristeener says:

Thank you for this! I’m an oily beast and your recommendations always work for me! Just wanted to know if you’ve ever tried the Cane + Austin Prime & Protect Mattifying Primer?

Claudia Peña says:

My face is super oily and i live in a cou try where is ALWAYS summer… My skin care is simple and it works for me. Just wash me face 2 or 3 (depends if im having lunch outside) times a day and in the morning and night I put Moringa Oil and thats it…. 2 times a week a scrub with coffe

kate hackney says:

Using the maybelline super stay primer as I watch this!!

Kim Wilson Morgan says:

I use the tatcha primer with a stiffer brush and I love it

S. Elf says:

love u but i feel like that highlighter kinda accentuated your pores..

Tonya Renee says:

Your makeup looks so smooth today.

Dee Dee says:

I wonder if Tatcha can repackage their silk canvas primer into a twist-up solid tube like Milk blur stick, hence no need for scoop. Or better, twist-up semi-solid with a special tip like the benefit’s girl meets pearl highlighter (better hygiene).

Eunice Lee says:

I have been enjoying the super goop spf 40 matte primer. Has spf and mattifies my oily skin!!

Verbs describe us says:

too faced 🙂

meangirldary91 says:

I though you would include The Ordinary primer

Tatiana Hagerty says:

I like Too Faced Peach Primer. Hourglass did nothing for me to keep the oil off. I think the difference is probably what type of foundation I use with primers. Perhaps you can mention that in your next videos when you use water based or silicone based primer and foundation. Merry Christmas. XOXO

Emma Cody says:

Can you please review the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base???
